DISCLAIMER for CHARCOAL TRAYS

Our Trays are made from 304 Stainless Steel.

Your tray will change color like most stainless grill asseccories.

Please Note - This coloration is Normal and Not Considered a Defect of the product.

Our trays are HANDMADE and will contain cosmetic imperfections that do not effect the intended use of the product as a charcoal tray.

Your tray may have grinder marks, surface scratches, uneven or imperfect air hole slits, some edges or corners may be sharp.

It is our intention to provide an Affordable product that works well in a size that fits your grill, and that is made by us in the USA.

Our trays are not mass produced, please understand that you are purchasing an item that is not produced in a factory. It will have cosmetic flaws. Cosmetic Flaws are not considered a defect.

We will accept UnUsed trays for Exchange if they are not the right size.

NO RETURNS on items that HAVE BEEN USED

You can Exchange Unused Trays or shirts that are the wrong size for a different size.

Buyer pays return shipping unless we made the error.

Exchange Returns must be authorized - please contact us before shipping your item.
